WEDNESDAY NIGHTS:  Begins September 11, 2024 

6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

L1 Atrium- Room 132-downstairs in Preschool hallway. Enter the school through the preschool doors (near the white fence outside, and turn left. 
L2 Atrium- Room 133- downstairs in the Preschool hallway. 

L3 Atrium- Room 131- ​downstairs in the Preschool hallway. 

Dismissal Process: Parents will line up in their car at the school's white fence and we will dismiss your children to the car or you may simply walk up to the preschool doors and pick up your child in person. We will do this on a weekly basis. If you are not inside your car, please DO NOT call your child over to you. You must pick them up in person. We do not want any accidents in the parking lot. 

 

SUNDAY NIGHTS:  Begins September 8, 2024 

5:00 PM - 6:20 PM

Dismissal Process: Parents will meet in the parish hall to pick up their children. We highly encourage everyone to attend the 6:30 PM Mass if you have not attended Mass for the day yet. Please make every effort to be on time as most of our catechists will attend that Mass. We will NOT dismiss students to the parking lot by themselves. Someone age 14 or older must come in to get them. Thank you for your understanding. 

  

^The multiple child discount is only for students enrolled in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.  It does not include your students enrolled in SALTIRE (Grades 6-12 youth ministry).  They are on a separate fee structure. 

No student will be turned away due to lack of funds.  Please contact the pastor to receive special assistance.  

CLASSROOM REMINDERS:  

1. ALL LEVEL 1 & 2:  Bring 2 packs of Elmer's glue sticks
2. BOYS:  1 ream of copy paper (500 sheets)
3. GIRLS:  1 large box of Kleenex, 200 count or larger.
4. ALL STUDENTS:  MUST bring their own small pencil bag with zipper- NO BOXES please- with 12 pack of Crayola brand colored pencils and two sharpened pencils. The pencil bag will remain in the Atrium for each child's own use. 
5. Children in 1st-5th grade will be required to do some extra work at home. The work takes no longer than 15-30 minutes per week. We loan out the text books and the students are asked to complete some activity pages. 
6. Due to limited class sizes- NO CLASS CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER OCT. 1st.
7. No refunds for fees.
